How We Got Started
Our founders Lisa Lerma and Dr. Beverly Barclay met in 2011 working at a residential treatment facility in Ventura County. They have worked along side each other over the years in different treatment settings, as well as, on projects together. With decades of experience in the behavioral health field, Lisa and Dr. Beverly have come together to continue the good work at OmniPsych. Having witnessed the evolving challenges in mental health and substance use disorder space over the years, they were inspired to improve organizational success within community organizations. While quality patient care should be a central goal, it is often overlooked.
